As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our estimating team, project managers, and clients. You’ll manage the bid process from start to finish—sourcing opportunities, preparing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and prepare bids, RFQs, and RFP responses • Review bid invitations and identify scope of work • Gather required documentation (certifications, insurance, licenses, etc.) • Track and manage deadlines for submissions • Communicate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing • Maintain bid calendar • Support estimators and project managers with proposal prep • Conduct follow-ups on submitted bids and track results As well as answer phones, maintain job files, obtain certificate of insurance for projects.
