Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with fellow employees. • Ensure that all signage and other equipment requirements are satisfied for each job. • Provide quality service to all customers; respond to all customer questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all customers. • Maintain accurate dispatch and employee attendance records • Provide management with weekly dispatch and/or other reports as required • Ensure compliance with all State, Federal, and Local safety laws, ordinances and policies • Contribute to proper and timely information flow between departments and outside the organization. • Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall operations and be an effective member of the team • Maintain company records and files in a timely, accurate and organized manner. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications and Competencies -Proven experience as Dispatcher or relevant position -Excellent computer skills including accurate and fast data entry -Ability to follow procedures and guidelines for emergency situations -Proficient in English (oral and written) -Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities -Active listener with excellent communication skills -Sound judgement and critical thinking -Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel -Ability to learn Dispatch software -Stress Management/Composure -Thoroughness and follow through -Time Management skills Required Education and Experience -Must be 18 years of age or older. -High school diploma or GED. -Minimum five (5) years related work experience preferred. -Must meet the company guidelines for work-related driving. -Successful completion of drug test. -Successful completion of background screen.
