Job Details Pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually (negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours Location: On-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA Employment Type: Direct Hire Team Environment: Supportive, fast-paced, and client-focused What You’ll Do Coordinate all aspects of real estate purchase closings Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely and accurate closings Prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, and affidavits Approve disbursements in accordance with contracts and legal requirements Collaborate with post-closing teams to ensure proper recording and policy issuance Resolve document deficiencies and obtain curative documents as needed Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in title or closing (national purchase experience preferred) Familiarity with ResWare or similar closing software Strong communication and customer service skills High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
