Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the needs of our organization. You will leverage various recruiting tools and platforms, including social media and applicant tracking systems (ATS), to identify candidates who align with our company culture and values. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Manage social media presence related to recruitment efforts to enhance employer branding. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management to improve recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to management. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting or similar roles is preferred. Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
