I’m looking to create examples of work that would be produced in hiring and admissions environments. I would like to create a number of specific projects to be used as examples during applications for jobs in both college admissions and hiring and recruitment departments. We will create simulated populations and then analyze interactions like individual to group and group to group. We will use groups of various sizes. (Everything we work with will be simulated.) The research we produce will then be used in job applications and higher levels of research into management and career advancement strategy.
