Seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to help with light administrative tasks in a small office. This is a part-time role with morning hours only, ideal for someone who enjoys filing, keeping things tidy, and working independently. Duties include: Filing (physical and digital) Typing proposals Light data entry Managing phone calls (if any) Office inventory tracking Keeping the office clean and organized Requirements: Must speak, read, and write English Must have morning availability Previous admin/office experience is a plus! Must own a smartphone and know how to use it Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Able to work independently Note: Only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be considered.
