Canyon Kitchen Cabinets, LLC is a family-owned complete kitchen/bathroom remodeling company with an office located off 51st Avenue and the I-10. We are currently looking for a full-time office assistant. This position is Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. Skill requirements/job duties include but are not limited to: *All applicants should have experience with Microsoft Word & Excel. Knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful *Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on a daily basis *Attention to detail and strong customer service skills *Answering phones *Responding to customer inquiries *Scheduling appointments for potential leads *Filing paperwork *Utilize basic math skills such as calculating square footage for ordering materials and checking/confirming dimensions *Communicating with customers, Vendors & Subcontractors *Manage customer contact information & data entry *Order materials & coordinate deliveries *Scheduling subcontractors such as plumbers, electricians, tile installers etc...
