Flooring Company is hiring a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our on-site operations team in Chino, CA. This is a hands-on administrative role that supports our installers, project managers, and customers. We’re looking for someone with experience in construction, dispatching, or flooring, who can work in a fast-paced environment and keep things running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Answer calls from customers and installers • Create, update, and close work orders • Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch for installations • Monitor ongoing jobs and ensure timely follow-ups • Resolve job-related issues in real time with field teams • Handle administrative tasks via phone, email, text.
