We are seeking a driven and organized individual to join our team as our new Administrative Accounting Assistant. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Controller to learn our current processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks experience and enjoy both working independently and collaborating with others. Responsibilities: • QuickBooks proficiency to prepare reports, handle bookkeeping, and help with fixed asset tracking • Assist with payroll review for accuracy and learn back up for payroll responsibilities. • Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other software to create reports • Ensure attention to detail and meet deadlines Requirements: • QuickBooks experience is a must, payroll experience is a plus • Willing to work 20-30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule, • Strong attention to detail and teamwork. Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required We offer a starting wage range of $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with room for growth.
