Description

One of the fastest growing teams in the Sacramento/Tahoe/Reno regions is looking for 2-3 great agents to join our incredible organization in our Reno and Tahoe locations. Are you: Humble? Hungry? Tech Savvy? Agents who have plugged into our team are taking home over $200K in year 1 and the most committed are making much more. Let us cover the expenses, run the systems, process the paperwork, and handle all the details so you can keep selling! Our goal is that you will net more money in less time and live a better life. Fall back in love with Real Estate again. Join a family-oriented team environment with world-class training, community, and culture! Our agents love our beautiful office spaces in the Fountains, quarterly team events, client promotional events to engage with their family and sphere, our monthly sales contests with fun prizes and activities, and our training and education are second to none. Whether you are a brand new agent who has never closed a sale, or an experienced top producer, we have a program that will help you achieve your goals in less time. Don't take on all the overhead, responsibility, and risk while hoping you'll be able to turn a profit. Plug into a proven system and know that we've got everything covered so you can do what you love - working with buyers and sellers! Some of our success stories include agents like Kelly Williams-Stehman who earned over $250k in commissions her first full year on the team, or Wendy Starr-Sanchez who went from a TC who did 2 deals total and earned over $1 Million after joining the team. We currently need 2-3 agents to work with pre-qualified leads from Zillow and our ISA team in the greater Reno and Lake Tahoe areas (North and South). This opportunity won't last, so reach out today if you are looking to go on more qualified appointments and meet new clients immediately. We are NOT for everyone and neither is this opportunity! We are not a fit for agents who are more concerned with their splits than their net income. Our team is not the solution for agents who think they know it all or are always right. You definitely won't want to join if you aren't coachable or don't value training, systems, support, and technology. This opportunity is for agents who are ALREADY licensed only.
