POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the residential units, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, curbs, leasing office, trash enclosures, parking lot, and other building and common areas. Reviews and evaluates performance. Develops strategies to motivate staff and achieve goals; 2. Schedules and assists with daily operations (service orders, repaints/re-carpets, apartment turnovers, etc.); 3. Develops and adheres to maintenance budget. Authorizes maintenance expenditures; 4.
