Job Summary Erlands Point Apartments (managed by Edison 47) is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Renovation Specialist to join our well-established team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing and executing multifamily renovation projects from start to finish. As a Renovation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all on-site renovation activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role also requires a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction, as well as alignment with our company’s core values. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, coordination, and time management skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and property management team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead renovation projects focused on cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry from start to completion. • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. • Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and vendor scheduling to avoid delays. • Perform advanced carpentry tasks, including custom cabinet installation, installation of countertops, framing adjustments, and finish details. • Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot field issues independently. • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and client standards. • Communicate regularly with upper management to keep projects aligned and expectations managed. • Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports • Perform high-quality painting and finish work across units, including custom color matching and texture repair. • Inspect vendor-completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. • Regular “one time” attendance • Promote a clean a safe environment • Willing and able to follow directions JOB REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of hands-on renovation experience, with strong cabinetry and millwork • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability • Excellent time management and organization abilities • Communication skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation COMPENSATION • Competitive wage, depending on experience. Currently offering $95,000-$100,000 annually • Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision insurance and 401K.
