We are the Institutional Advisory Group (IAG) and we represent institutional buyers such as REITs, Pension Fund Advisors, Private Real Estate Funds and Family Offices in helping them source off-market opportunities to build their real estate portfolios. We are looking for licensed real estate brokers and salespeople to join our team as Account Executives. This role will have you working on behalf of two our clients to source off-market opportunities for them to acquire. The role will be approximately 25-30 hours/week and we will provide you with a monthly draw of $2,000/month for 150 calls/day and 20% of commissions (averaging $200,000) from deals you generate. We will train you, provide you with all of the leads and data as well as access to our CRM. The only things you need are a real estate license, quiet home office with a computer, internet access, a headphone that plugs into your computer, and a desire for success. Small RE development office is looking for an experienced property manager to oversee properties in Sheepsheadbay / Coney Island and not limited to other locations. (10am-5pm, 5 days/w.) Must have 10 years of experience. Duties: working with tenants, city and state agencies, working together with professionals such as architects/ engineers / legal team, taking phone calls and other office duties. A Boutique Brooklyn-based development firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our exciting NYC projects — from permit through Certificate of Occupancy. Projects include retail, hospitality, Office and entertainment developments. You will lead the construction process on-site, coordinate with contractors, architects, and NYC agencies, and keep projects safe, compliant, on budget, and on schedule. What You’ll Do: - Manage daily site operations and schedules; oversee contractors and trades. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and relevant NYC agencies (NYC-DOB, LPC, DOT, DEP, FDNY, ETC.). - Ensure compliance with all permits, codes, and safety regulations. - Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, and progress reporting. - Lead site meetings, maintain records, and foster a professional, accountable site culture. What You Bring: ✅ 7–10 years’ construction management experience (NYC preferred). ✅ Proven success delivering commercial and/or residential projects. ✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills. ✅ Proficiency in plans, specs, contracts, and project management tools. ✅ Positive attitude and commitment to safety and excellence.
