We are a small Real Estate Investor firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will need strong administrative skills, with experience in office management. This role requires attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 4 days a week part-time In-Office position. Office located in Midtown East. Starting immediately. Duties/Qualifications - Manage front desk operations. - Preparing leases and board applications. - Efficient contact with tenants, building supervisors, and apartment management. - Listing properties for rent. - Must be familiar with rent collection via ACH. - Dealing with vendors and tenants. - Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and tracking expenses. - Work directly with property owner. - Oversee tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. - Proven experience in an administrative or office management role minimum of 5 years. - Ability to work independently as well as a team player. - Be available after work hours for follow-up on pending items and calls.

Local property management company is seeking a QUALIFIED maintenance person to perform routine repairs and maintenance on apartments, homes and commercial buildings. Skills required include basic electrical wiring and the ability to replace common electrical devices such as switches, receptacles, and light fixtures, basic plumbing skills to repair or replace faucets, under sink drain connections, water supply lines, toilet repair or replacement, basic refinishing skills such as plaster and drywall repair, painting, and basic trim installation, and lastly basic door hardware and lock installation. Experience in property management building maintenance, HVAC systems, and apartment/storefront turnovers is a big plus! You must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation to travel to and from jobsites (all within a half mile circle, very limited travel distances). Job Scope The Floating Assistant Community Manager assists the Community Manager in the successful site management of the apartment community providing the necessary leadership, guidance and motivation to ensure a positive working environment and quality community living. The Floating Assistant Community Manager will be available at various communities and will be responsible for administering the day-to-day leasing office operations and is responsible for overseeing all computer input of the apartment community. The Floating Assistant Community Manager directs the leasing staff, and works with the Community Manager to recommend marketing and leasing strategies designed to meet the goals of Shea Properties. The Floating Assistant Community Manager, as with all Shea team members, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a professional manner that is consistent with Shea Core Values and the Business Ethics, Employee Conduct and Confidentiality policy. Job Duties Leads and participates in lineup each morning. Ensures craigslist ads are posted daily. In conjunction with the Community Manager, supervises the input of all data into designated property management software and processing of related reports.
