SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATES / ASSOCIATE BROKERS: Get access to the firms extensive buyer database to help sell your listings as well as access to the firm’s quiet and off market deals to offer to your clients for sale. COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE BROKERS: Highcap Group is very active in the financing side of the business being led by industry vet Mike Volpe, providing equity and debt solutions to investors & developers for acquisition, refinance, development, mezz & bridge loans. OFFICE/RETAIL/INDUSTRIAL LEASING BROKERS: Highcap is also engaging in leasing properties out for our good clients and referrals, and we are building up a team of leasing brokers to handle the firms leasing listings and engage in tenant representation.
