We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team in our property management company! This is an exciting opportunity to support the Regional Property Manager with essential administrative tasks across our property portfolio. Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with Property Managers and the Regional Property Manager regarding property-related issues, ensuring timely updates and effective resolutions Draft and manage legal documents, notices, and correspondence (e.g., three-day notices, memos, letters) Support eviction procedures by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with legal teams as required Maintain and process accurate records for rental applications, leases, and tenant files Complete weekly reports for property owners, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information Submit vendor estimates and review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness Enter and manage data using property management software such as AppFolio or RealPage Track and meet deadlines for inspections, compliance requirements, and internal reporting Provide training and procedural updates to on-site Property Managers as needed Investigate and resolve tenant complaints professionally and efficiently Provide general administrative support to the Regional Manager and property management team to ensure smooth daily operations Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the property portfolio Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in property management or office administration. Familiarity with lease agreements and Fair Housing laws is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Experience using AppFolio, RealPage, or similar property management software preferred Comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
