Manage all aspects of leasing, renewals, inspections, HOA compliance, documentation, and customer service. Proactively improve occupancy, reduce vacancies and address delinquency issues. Execute leasing strategies, including marketing, lead follow-up, showings, applications, renewals, and move-ins/outs. Resolve tenant and owner concerns with a 5-star service approach. Requirements 7+ years of experience in single-family rentals and/or multifamily/apartments. 5+ years as a property manager, asset manager, or similar leadership role overseeing a portfolio of properties. Experience providing ongoing communication and service to real estate owner clients, such as landlords and investors. Experience managing 250+ properties/doors. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs and tools. Experience with property management systems like Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio. Familiarity with leasing tools like RentCafe, Knock, Tenant Turner, or ShowMojo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
