We are looking for additional support in the office, especially with accounts receivable and QuickBooks management. The areas will need assistance include: • Entering bills into QuickBooks, maintaining quickbooks. • Processing and scheduling online bill payments • Categorizing receipts and expenses across multiple bank accounts and credit cards • Filing and maintaining organized records of receipts and related documents During payroll week, we may also need occasional assistance with sending QuickBooks ACH payments. Overall, the most consistent help needed is maintaining the QuickBooks accounts and credit card records ensuring all expenses are categorized and up to date. This position is not remote or hybrid and requires attendance at our office.
