Other duties as assigned including but not limited to, light bindery duties (folding, sorting, collating) and general office work. Job Requirements and Qualifications Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Experience & Requirements: Minimum of 1 years (3 years preferred) commercial print industry experience either as an estimator or customer representative. • Good understanding of the print industry, sales, and production workflow is required. • Previous print and promotional product estimating/sales are preferred. • Experience using Ordant or printing estimating and order management software are preferred. • Knowledge of local tribes and programs preferred. • Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel are a plus. • Some graphics knowledge and experience are a plus. Landmark, Inc.an HOA Management Company is looking to hire a part time or possibly full time person to add to our team. This position would consist of Accounts Receivable, collections, escrows, and some phone work. Our company is located at the 15 and Mira Mar Road. We are a smaller company and would like to find someone that would fit our team. This person would be replacing someone retiring who has been with us a very long time. It is an in-person position but work hours can be negotiated.   The majority of the work is the accounts receivable. There are a few pre-liens that are generated each month which the software basically generates. There are also a few escrow closings each month that are done through Homewise, a company that facilitates the escrow demands. So a lot of the work for each is just uploading documents to keep the sites current or adding the account history. We do have a receptionist but at times having someone to assist with the phones or answer when they are out of the office is most helpful. Knowledge of Caliber Software is a plus!
