(Commerce, CA) – $62–$70/hr, ~30 hrs/week Compensation: $62–$70 per hour, approx. 30 hrs/week Employment type: part-time (W-2) Established equipment manufacturing company in Commerce, CA seeks an experienced Controller to handle core accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on role, approximately 30 hours per week, no with the potential to scale. Responsibilities: • Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger • Handle monthly close and reconciliations • Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts • Produce financial statements in accordance with GAAP • Maintain internal controls and liaise with external accountants/auditors Onboard new employees onto Gusto • Administer and approve vacation/PTO requests in line with company policy and ensure accurate payroll reporting • Coordinate and distribute manager/employee performance review forms; collect and organize responses for leadership review of Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) • 5+ years progressive experience, including Controller or Accounting Manager roles • Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls experience • Familiarity with Odoo (ERP) and Gusto (payroll/HR) a plus • Experience with Delaware C-corp governance a plus To apply: Reply with your resume and a short cover note summarizing relevant experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position.
