Description

Fast-paced entertainment business management firm seeks experienced bookkeeper for long term position. Accounting/finance degree OR a minimum of 3 years of experience with Datafaction and Imaging or AgilLink is preferred. This is a IN OFFICE (not remote) full time position. Candidate will be mature, driven, very positive, and reliable with excellent organizational and communication skills (both orally and in writing) with a neat/professional appearance. Must have ability to multi-task a demanding desk load and work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and professional follow-through is mandatory. Candidate must be computer literate with knowledge of MS, Excel and MS Word. Good oral and written communication skills required. Candidate needs to be discrete and have a positive demeanor. Job duties: · A/P processing. · Credit card coding. · Daily bank deposits. · Account research to resolve billing discrepancies. · Monthly bank reconciliations. · Month/Year end Reporting. · Year-end processing/1099 prep. · Strong knowledge of debit/credit double entry system.
