Commercial Portfolio Manager responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of commercial clients including monitoring loan covenants and structuring loan proposals. Underwriting and originating of new credits from existing and/or new customers including renewals, modifications, and annual reviews. Making appropriate loan structure recommendations. Proactively looks to expand client base by cultivating referral relationships, and target marketing clients/prospects in accordance with the Bank’s marketing standards. Meeting and exceeding monthly performance scorecard goals that include but, are not limited to developing new profitable business relationships. Enhancing the cross-sell ratio through the expansion and deepening of client penetration as well as job-related behaviors.
