The Finance Manager for Thrifty Auto Sales of Sacramento oversees the financial aspects of vehicle sales, including arranging financing and lease options for customers, managing relationships with banks and lenders, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Prepare and explain finance and lease documents to customers. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding automotive financing. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and timely closing of deals. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales and financing agreements. Handle trade-in appraisals and support the dealership in vehicle inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers, offering financial advice and options to help them make informed decisions. Stay updated on industry trends, financing rates, and promotions to offer the best options to customers. Qualifications: Proven experience in automotive finance, sales, or related field. Strong understanding of automotive lending, financing structures, and industry regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with dealership management software and financial tools. Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus.
