Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator Santa Maria, CA | Full-Time | $23–$25 per hour We are seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator to support a tire company in Santa Maria. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have prior accounts payable experience and strong administrative skills. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors Maintain organized financial records and filing systems Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with office staff and management to support daily operations Requirements: Previous accounts payable experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computers, accounting software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Professional communication and organizational skills Schedule and Pay: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM $23–$25 per hour (depending on experience) Temporary position (duration to be determined) Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Work Location: In person
