Financial Planning & Management Prepare budgets and financial projections for monthly meetings. Monthly financial reporting Correlate with company’s CPA and a committee for financial and banking matters Administrative Maintain employee’s files and update them as needed Manage and maintain up to date records of vacation, holidays and benefits Requirements Minimum five years’ experience as an accountant Experience with general ledger functions Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Agriculture and non-profit experience is a plus QuickBooks online and Microsoft Office Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Professional work ethics and mannerisms Self-Driven, efficient and able to work with minimum supervision Be able to develop positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and other internal and external customers Education BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Job Type Part Time: 2-3 Days (17 - 21 hours / week). Senior Accountant position with a growing Tax and Accounting firm in Redlands, CA. Pay: $25-$33 per hour based on experience This role will provide bookkeeping, sales tax and payroll processing services to small/medium size businesses in a variety of industries including construction, contractors, professional service providers, restaurants and retail. Similar experience with another Accounting company will be a big plus. Required: A. 5+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting including bank reconciliations, recording journal entries and review of balance sheet and P&L for accuracy B.
