As an HVAC Technician at Banyan Living, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our properties. Your role will involve diagnosing malfunctions, performing repairs, and proactively addressing HVAC-related concerns to enhance resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems. Install new HVAC units and components according to manufacturer specifications. Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly. Keep detailed records of services performed and any parts replaced. Educate and communicate with residents about HVAC system use. Collaborate with team members to address maintenance projects and emergencies.
