We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Program Supervisor to lead our dedicated team in providing trauma-informed, person-centered care in a residential setting. What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and daily supervision to a team of Residential Stabilization Specialists Model and foster strength-based, recovery-focused interactions with participants Monitor program compliance with state, federal, and agency policies Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations Ensure delivery of services, coordination of care, and upkeep of all documentation Participate in hiring, scheduling, and performance management processes Respond to emergencies and serve in an on-call rotation Maintain effective communication between staff, participants, and external providers Requirements 2+ years of experience working with individuals impacted by homelessness, trauma, addiction, and/or psychiatric diagnoses College degree or 4+ years of related experience in a progressively responsible role Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and sufficient auto insurance Ability to pass CPR/First Aid and MAP certifications Familiarity with trauma-informed care and housing regulations (HUD knowledge a plus) Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (403B, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Long Term Disability
