Phasor’s Geomatics division is seeking Survey Crew Chief for long-term opportunities in Canada and the United States for work on larger scale construction projects. We are seeking a talented Survey CAD Technician to join a leading land surveying team in Overland Park, KS. with additional locations in Houston, Denver and Charlotte. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our clients' surveying projects, and your responsibilities will encompass: Collaborating with Registered Professional Surveyors to assist in CAD productions, encompassing activities like deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparations, legal descriptions, and the calculation of survey points. Skillfully processing raw field data using Trimble Business Center, ensuring data quality through rigorous QA/QC checks. Coordinating and fostering effective teamwork between field crews and office personnel to streamline project workflows and success. Requirements A track record of 1-5 years in a Survey Technician role within the field of land surveying. A preference for or active pursuit of an SIT (Surveyor-in-Training) registration. Expertise in ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, easement document preparation, legal descriptions, and final plat preparation. GAC Enterprises, LLC, a leading telecommunication construction company based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Underground Construction Field Laborer to join our team in our Albuquerque, New Mexico market. The Ground Hand (underground construction) will be responsible for placing conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduit sections (install couplers) as directed, place anchors, pedestals, vaults, etc. to complete construction tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the telecommunication construction industry. Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies needed for daily work.
