Requirements Previous security experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong observational and reporting skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must possess a valid security guard license, where applicable.
