Utilizing advanced AI, our platform handles complex processes such as state tax registrations, filings, and ongoing compliance across multiple jurisdictions, allowing startups to stay focused on their core business activities. We currently serve hundreds of rapidly growing startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses and are poised to significantly scale operations, aiming to process substantial transaction volumes in the coming years. As we enter our next growth phase, we’re expanding our infrastructure, engineering, product, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. We're seeking exceptional talent eager to contribute to our exciting growth journey. About the Role We’re seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Founding GTM Associate to help scale our revenue from early stages to $10M+ ARR. Reporting directly to the GTM Lead and CEO, you will deeply engage with our target startup founder profile, executing inbound and outbound campaigns designed to accelerate customer acquisition. Your role will evolve to own and optimize scalable GTM strategies and acquisition channels. What You'll Do: Build and continuously update targeted account lists aligning with our ideal customer profiles. Develop, execute, and optimize outbound email, LinkedIn, and event-based outreach campaigns. Craft clear and persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, and social media. Execute paid and organic growth tests, monitoring key metrics like CAC, CPL, and conversion rates. Maintain accurate Salesforce records and generate insightful weekly pipeline reports. Share strategic insights and feedback with Product, Engineering, and leadership teams. Transform existing webinars, blogs, and case studies into effective sales collateral. What You Need: Experience as a GTM lead or in a GTM-focused role at a Seed to Series C stage startup. Proven track record of effectively researching prospects and personalizing outreach. Proficiency with Salesforce, Lemlist, or comparable growth and outreach tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Quick adaptability to new tools and growth methodologies. Nice To Haves: Background in marketing or selling payroll or HR-related technology solutions. Familiarity with growth engineering concepts. Direct experience interacting with startup founders.
