Seeking one roommate, available now. Home is roomy and about 3 years old. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood with the bike path right behind the home. The bedroom is downstairs with 99% private bath (guests may occasionally use it if they can't get upstairs). Unfurnished room, the rest of the home is furnished. Room has hard flooring, a wall mounted smart TV, blackout blind & curtain. There is a backyard patio w/ a firepit, patio chairs, and garden beds. There are a couple of e-bikes available to share. Home has central A/C & heat. TV's have accounts for several streaming apps. Some storage available in the garage but most of your stuff should fit in your room. Driveway parking. I'm a middle-age professional female, semi-retired. I am a vegetarian and value good communication, peace, organization and cleanliness, and a nice balance of solitude and interaction with roommates. I typically spend about 4-5 months/year in the home so my roommate has the place to themselves for long stretches. I come with two adorable pups who are not fond of other fur babies, so no additional pets. My ideal roommate is veggie (or doesn't cook meat), clean, mature, reasonably quiet between about 10pm-6am, and works outside the home. Shared utils. 6 month rental agreement to start with the option to extend if we're a good match. Background/credit check required.
