First and last month's rent are necessary for move-in (no exceptions). Street parking does not require a permit. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind and NO Extra Storage available. The room is for one person only, no pets are allowed and the rules of the house must be followed. Renter is welcome to document the condition of the room with a description and photos.
