Must have full time job during regular daylight hours , be tidy and naturally quiet . Please no part timers, work from home situations or unusual schedules where you need to sleep during the day. We do not rent to people with criminal record or eviction record . Must see paystubs. We do not require any deposit. Pay as you go . Very convenient for people who are here for couple months for work assignment . There is no stove for cooking Absolutely no visitors even family members. Please do not bring your friends or family for initial showing. You can take as many pictures as you like to show to them later on. We prefer non smoker . There is no smoking anywhere on territory .
