Key Responsibilities Running lane is the Great Lakes Regional and Central Regional area. 100% No Touch Dry Van freight Driver will run OTR for 4-6 weeks with training if under 6 months experience. Home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset (weekend not guaranteed) 1800 miles run then you go home Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload.  Driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night. Miles a week is 1900. Requirements Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours. Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years. Cannot have been terminated from last job. No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max unemployment. Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen. Benefits Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks. .56 - .64 a mile depending on experience $25 stop pay. $40 short haul pay + mileage for loads under 100 miles. $1100 - $1200 average weekly pay. $100 unload pay (if needed) .06 per mile monthly safety bonus Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to heavy-duty towing requests, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of vehicles. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment are operational and compliant with safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service while interacting with clients during towing operations. Maintain accurate logs of services rendered, including vehicle condition and customer interactions. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle towing and recovery. Assist with loading and unloading heavy-duty vehicles when necessary. Stay updated on best practices and new techniques in heavy-duty towing and recovery. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements for heavy-duty vehicles. Proven experience as a heavy-duty wrecker driver or in a similar towing position. Strong knowledge of heavy-duty towing equipment and vehicle handling techniques. Excellent driving record with a strong emphasis on safety. Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting and securing heavy equipment. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy vehicles is preferred.
