City Bus Driver

We are currently seeking a driver and shuttle operator to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for driving and shuttling vehicles to multiple locations including the airport, body shops, and dealerships. In addition to driving duties, you will also assist in cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicles and perform regular maintenance services. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary. Responsibilities: Drive and shuttle automotive vehicles to various locations Clean interior and exterior of vehicles Perform regular maintenance services such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels Keep accurate record keeping of all work performed Work independently and within a team environment Continuously meet processing and standardization minimums Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as a driver, shuttle operator, or related field preferred Experience NOT required (Will train) Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in all types of weather conditions Professionalism, Accountability, and Ownership Must be able to pass the following insurance requirements: Must be at least 18 years old • Must have 1 (one) year of experience handling similar job responsibilities • Must have prior driving experience in various vehicles (trucks, vans, cars) • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years • No drug or alcohol related conviction on the driving record in the past 10 years • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must have reliable means of transportation ODORZX INC. is a rapidly growing company operating at MSP (Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport) with unlimited growth opportunities. POSITION OVERVIEW St. Catherine's School is accepting applications for School Bus Drivers. Applicants with Class A or Class B CDL, with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements with a minimum of three years' driving experience are preferred. Responsibilities include driving students along daily shuttle route and day trips. Maintaining assigned bus in a safe, clean, professional manner is a must. Employment is subject to successful background check and physical evaluation.   Supervisor:     Transportation Manager/Chief Operating Officer Supervisory Responsibilities:  N/A Position Status:  Hourly, non-exempt, part-time, regular, 9-month Hours of Work:  Standard work week.  Evening and weekend work may be required. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Drives a school transportation vehicle within prescribed route(s) in accordance with time schedules; picking up and discharging students at designated stops Coordinate with Athletics to transport athletes to/from sports events (local and distance) Transports students and teachers on field trips to various locations; planning necessary route(s) and stops as needed May operate a special ramp bus; loads and unloads students in wheelchairs on and off bus, inspecting wheelchair for operational safety; operates ramp; positions and secures wheelchair in bus Maintains order of student passengers according to school policy Pre-trip the vehicle properly Have bus fueled and ready to go 15 minutes prior to departure time Properly fill out time sheet and mileage reports each day Conduct safety and operational inspection of assigned vehicle daily Reports needed mechanical repairs when necessary Services buses with gas, diesel fuel, and oil; checks and when necessary, fills tires and batteries Performs periodical safety drills as required by law; completing necessary reports upon request Maintains cleanliness of vehicle to ensure safe operating condition Attend various meetings regarding safety, first aid and training updates as required Attends driver training programs to maintain current knowledge of Vriginia Motor Vehicle Code Operates a two-way radio Washes bus as needed Ability to follow route directions (GPS or written) Complete annual physical requirements Maintain reputable driving background; must not have an air brakes restriction Must be able to work various shifts Performs related duties as required PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT  While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to grasp, handle and feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; talk and hear; engage in moderately strenuous physical activity both indoors and out; and smell. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.          There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:   California:               $166,680 to $327,240                                                                                 Colorado:                $151,560 to $272,760                                                                                 New York City:     $181,800 to $327,240                                                                                 Washington:          $166,680 to $300,120                                                                                 Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120                                                                                 This position will be eligible for  discretionary annual bonus program.
