Parx Home Health Care is looking for a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team!  The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing high quality and coordinated care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health care, an understanding of state and federal regulations, and a passion for helping patients live their best lives. Responsibilities: Provides compassionate and high-quality care that meets the needs of the client and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results, developing a plan of care including skilled interventions and goals appropriate to the client's needs, and creating and implementing physical therapy treatment plans in conjunction with the physician.
