About the Role We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the development of internal tools—a new and rapidly evolving product area at Dstillery. In this role, your primary customers are internal stakeholders: from Sales and Client Success, to Business Development and Platform Operations, to Engineering and Data Science. With the introduction of platforms like Retool, Cursor, and AI-enabled development environment, our internal tooling capabilities have accelerated significantly and we’re now able to build functional tools faster than ever before. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can bring clarity and prioritization to a long list of potential improvements, and is passionate about making sure every internal tool is purposeful, user-friendly, and high-impact. Successful internal tools often make great candidates for fully productionalized external products, so this role functions as a critical R&D / prototyping discipline at Dstillery.  To be successful, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the programmatic industry, gathering and prioritizing internal needs, and managing a roadmap that keeps our internal teams ahead of the curve.
