Thoroughly examining building plans and working drawings to determine the required work tools and equipment, as well as the most effective sequence of installations. We pay attention to every detail for flawless execution. Requirements Proficiently utilize a variety of materials such as lead, rosin, wax, sealer, solder nuts, bolts, lampwick, pipe fittings, couplings, caulking, muriatic acid, and sulfuric acid, along with screws and pipe dope. Conduct cleaning and replacement tasks for plaster, grease, and drainage traps. Skillfully handle commercial-grade equipment, including sinks and dishwashers. Additionally, perform repair work on gas-fired appliances such as stoves, hot water heaters, and gas piping replacements. Possess a solid understanding of heating systems, including their function and operation.
