Description: P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bath Apprentices. As an Apprentice, you will work closely alongside experienced installers to learn the ins and outs of acrylic bath installations and renovations. This hands-on position will provide you with the opportunity to develop valuable skills while contributing to high-quality home improvement projects. If you're passionate about construction and eager to learn, this is the perfect role for you! Pay: Starting at $17.50 - $22 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses! Professionally answering and making phone calls in a polite, friendly manner. Calling customers and technicians or comfort specialists to set up appointments and review progress during jobs. Work with technicians or comfort specialists through slack messaging to ensure process adherence and 5* service is provided per company guidelines and best practices. Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction including understanding and delivering quality assurance final calls. Make sure that all options are provided to customers and packages and pricing follows company guidelines.
