Living room, fully-equipped kitchen, back patio, and 1.5 bathrooms. Central A/C and heating and 50-inch TV. The bedroom also has an additional A/C window unit. You can reach the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Schuylkill River Trail in about 10-15 minutes walk. Nice location right by the park, close to Aldi, and a walkable, cute neighborhood. 1BR is yours, 1BR is a beautiful room to relax with a balcony, and 1BR is another small bedroom which is locked while I am away (hence, I chose "2BR" in the settings). $1,975/month. Additional costs: - $50 flat rate for water - Electricity and gas depending on your use (anticipate between ~$80 - $280 depending on how much you use). - $150 cleaning fee Security deposit (fully refundable) - $1000 No smoking or excessive partying in the house please.
