Envalior is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring safe and efficient operation of machinery, reducing downtime, and maintaining high-quality production standards. The Maintenance Mechanic will work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, performing scheduled rebuilds, diagnosing failures, and executing repairs to keep the facility running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using a variety of hand and power tools. Disassemble, inspect, and repair production equipment, ensuring all components meet operational tolerances. Perform minor electrical repairs on circuits containing less than 50 volts. Job Summary The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of IPEX operations in their assigned facility.  Plant operation accountabilities include production, logistics, quality and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental, ISO and corporate policies and regulations.  Partnering with key business stakeholders, the role is accountable to collaborate on the delivery of all operational and strategic initiatives.  The position is fully accountable for annual budget performance and has full responsibility for the production output of the facility including the quality of finished goods, KPI target achievement, continuous improvements and site safety.  Additionally, the position is accountable for people strategy and talent development at all levels.
