We’re hiring a Sr. Manager / Director, Customer Marketing Manager to drive programs that increase product adoption, support expansion, and build lasting customer advocacy. What You’ll Champion Onboarding programs that accelerate value realization during the first 90 days of the customer journey Clear, compelling content that drives customer action — from onboarding guides and success playbooks to expansion messaging and advocacy stories. You’ll lead the development of these assets directly, and partner with internal teams and customers to ensure every program is backed by the right message, format, and timing. Campaign and pod teams will depend on you to create the content that moves customers forward.
