Role overview  As Associate Account Manager, you'll support the management of a portfolio of existing customers by assisting with relationship-building, client communications, and day-to-day account operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a world-class client experience and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. It offers the opportunity to grow your account management skills while directly contributing to the success of our clients and our business.
