Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, preferred but not required. Relevant certifications or licenses (Series 65/66, CFP, etc.) or a willingness to obtain them promptly. Minimum of 3 years of financial advising experience. Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a new market. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
