Modern Construction Services serves a variety of businesses and clients nationwide, managing and scheduling maintenance needs, renovations, upfits, and a wide range of tasks like electrical repairs, plumbing issues, HVAC maintenance, cleaning, and emergency repairs. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with experience managing a high volume of work orders in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using cloud-based platforms to coordinate nationwide commercial service requests, including dispatching and scheduling trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, concrete, and general maintenance, while ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction. This starting salary for this position is $62,500/year, and following the successful completion of a training period this position does offer a salary increase and a hybrid-remote (work from home) schedule. In addition to the base salary, this position includes a highly competitive, performance-based bonus structure, paid quarterly and offering significant earning potential for candidates who consistently meet or exceed expectations.. Candidate will have excellent client relationship management and multitasking skills, dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience, work with a sense of urgency, experience managing vendors, quoting, quality control, scheduling, exercise consistent communication, and be a valued team player. Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end management, support, and administration of work orders across multiple commercial client accounts nationwide, ensuring timely service delivery and client satisfaction. Actively listen and define project scope based on client input. Develop accurate cost estimates and ensure profitability through effective margin management. Communicate schedules, provide daily/weekly updates and reports. Vendor and subcontractor management. Ensure proper safety protocols are followed, manage change orders. Manage project resources to meet deadlines. Ensure proper profit margins are attained. Requirements Familiarity with communicating construction and maintenance scope, trades and repairs, preparing quotes, and maintaining work order margins. Experience managing multiple clients with multi-site work-orders and projects. Familiarity with maintenance work order management systems (ie., Fexa, Corrigo, ServiceChannel, Yardi, Job Nimbus). Able to self-manage and make efficient use of time, meet deadlines. Experience managing project budgets and schedules. Excellent client service and communication skills. Ability to participate in on-call rotation. Ability to plan, organize and manage vendors, direct labor and subcontractors. Positive, collaborative attitude. Proficiency using computers and software to include MS Office products, Outlook, Excel. Ability to pass MCS pre-screening employment policies (background, drug test).
