An immediate position is open for a Project Administrator at an established HVAC company in Brooklyn NY. Duties and preferred requirements: Oversee HVAC projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and schedule work with general contractors and/or customers. Attend meetings on site. Create and track RFIs. Prepare and submit close out documents as requested by customers. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to read CAD drawings. CAD drafting experience a PLUS. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and in a timely manner. Able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment supervised or independently. Must be dependable and detail oriented.
