This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of medical diagnostics by spearheading AI-powered innovations that directly impact patient outcomes. Serve as a key representative of the organization to clinical, regulatory, and industry partners; elevate the team’s profile through publications, conferences, and external collaborations. Mentor and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary data science team while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Requirements 10+ years of experience in engineering and product leadership roles, including hands-on development and managing technical teams. Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in engineering, computer science, AI/ML, mathematics, or a related field. Proven success delivering AI-driven medical software or data products from concept to commercialization (stages 0-4+). Strong ability to communicate technical strategies and outcomes at the executive level and across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams with a user-first approach, balancing clinical needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
