Knowledge of webhooks and real-time communication protocols like WebSocket for enabling live updates and notifications within the management interface. Proficiency in version control tools like Git for code management and collaboration. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker for deploying and scaling chat agents across different environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning model deployment. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
