Requirements Proven experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, particularly in the context of infrastructure optimization and process automation. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques, including tokenization, embedding, language models, and transformer architectures. Familiarity with RESTful APIs for integrating software components and connecting agents with management interfaces or external data sources. Proficiency in version control tools like Git for code management and collaboration. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker for deploying and scaling chat agents across different environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning model deployment. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
