IT Engineer

Accountabilities: Design and integrate internal IT systems and SaaS platforms using both off-the-shelf and customized tools. Implement automation using Okta and related workflows to streamline provisioning and communications. Lead MDM engineering efforts using Jamf, Munki, and AutoPkg. Administer and support platforms including Google Workspaces, Slack, Office 365, and Duo. Provide technical support to internal users and optimize infrastructure using AWS and GCP. Support Active Directory and AWS Workspace environments. Analyze business needs to develop integration strategies that improve operations and user experience. Requirements 5+ years of experience in an IT support or engineering role. Extensive experience with SaaS product integrations in Okta, including custom tooling and HRIS connections. Proficiency in Okta Workflows, SaaS APIs, and automation. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and macOS support. Familiarity with Windows environments and Active Directory is a plus. Basic scripting or Python experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
