Ability to work closely with others.    WHAT YOU'LL DO  Provides excellent customer service to guests; responds to guest inquiries in a courteous manner Immediately reports any incidents or claims to GM or AGM Communicates effectively and demonstrates good customer service skills to residents, guests, vendors, and other staff members. Identifies and clarifies the residents’ needs and desires.  Answers questions and provides solutions. Clean receptacles and take out waste management containers. Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and organized. Report any safety concerns that need to be addressed. Sweeping, disinfecting, and mopping common areas and vestibule areas. Pick up recyclables and trash. Maintains pool furniture and building perimeter.  Valet Service Trash and Recycle 2x a week  Clean the Community room, gym, and grill at the pool.
